Metallica

The company Costruzioni Meccaniche Estensi was founded in 2008 by the merging of two strong companies, consolidating the experiences and the competences acquired over more than twenty years, in the metalworking industry. The company works in two highly specialized operational facilities in the province of Ferrara.

In 2015 METALLICA is acquired by ISAF, increasing the services offered by the group.
The company is specialized in cutting and bending sheet metal, light and heavy carpentry, construction of machine parts with CNC controlled tools and traditional machined carpentry, assembly of groups and complete machines and on customers request.
Special care is given to the welding of stainless steel parts through the CMT (cold metal transfer) welding process.
In addition, through the strong relationships with several small suppliers the company is able to complete the range of processes and increase operational capacity, with high flexibility, precision and short delivery times.
A further strength and core business, is given by the assembly department of finished automatic machines or  specific parts or components.
